The Connors Real Estate at Vanderbilt Beach Estates is a community on Vanderbilt Beach with a variety of beachfront, bay front and canal front single family homes and low-rise, mid-rise and luxury high-rise condominiums overlooking Vanderbilt Lagoon and The Gulf of Mexico.

Most of the single family homes are located on 14 canal front avenues along Vanderbilt Bay west of Vanderbilt Dr. Many of them have boat lifts/ slips which have direct gulf access via Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Beachfront single family homes or homes within walking distance to the beach are located along Gulf Shore Dr and the 3 cul-de-sac streets adjacent to it.

These homes are a mixture of new, recently built estate homes from tear downs and smaller homes built more than 20 years ago. Some of the conveniences to Conners real estate include the Turtle Club beach front restaurant, La Playa Hotel and the Ritz Carlton as well as the Mercato, the Waterside Shops and the Philharmonic Center.
