Seagate is Nestled between Park Shore and Pelican Bay in one of the most alluring waterfront locations in Naples, located in Park Shore off Seagate Dr between Naples Cay and Naples Grand Resort. With 90 homes in this community, Seagate’s location is its biggest selling point with mature trees and lush landscaping on canals where most can enjoy Gulf access with smaller personal watercrafts, kayaks and canoes.

Seagate Real Estate is also within walking distance to the beach and is close to upscale dining and shopping at Waterside Shops and Venetian Village. North Gulf Shore Boulevard Beach is accessible by a walking path between the condominiums of Seagate and North Gulf Shore Boulevard. With 38 parking spaces a $6.00 fee or Beach Parking Permit is required. The beach is open from 8:00am to sunset and has no facilities.
