Old Naples is an historic and alluring neighborhood of homes ranging from small vintage cottages to luxury beach front estates and everything in between. Primarily Old Naples is the section near and around the Naples pier, north of Port Royal and Aqualane Shores and south of The Moorings and Coquina Sands where the beginning of development started in the late 1800’s. Many consider its location is from South Golf Drive to Aqualane Shores and is considered to be one of the most sought after areas of real estate in Naples.

There is an array of condominiums all within a few blocks from the beach since zoning regulations state in the areas south of the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club that condominiums are not permitted to be built directly on beach front property.
