Coquina Sands is small community south of The Moorings and north of Old Naples and the Naples Beach Club just west of US 41. Built between the 1960′s -1980′s. Coquina Sands offers single family homes and condominiums, many of these homes have been renovated or undergone reconstruction as land values increased because it’s close proximity to the beach, Coastland Mall, and the shopping and fine dining in downtown Naples.

Coquina Sands was also the first in Naples to build beachfront condominiums, constructed in the late 1950’s. Within walking distance from Coquina Sands is Lowdermilk Park located on the beach.

This beachfront park includes a large covered picnic concession building with many outside picnic areas, restrooms and a children’s playground. Boaters and water sports enthusiasts can access the Gulf from Hurricane Harbor and through Doctor’s Pass. Coquina Sands FL real estate is very desirable for living the Naples lifestyle.
